The hotels near the client’s workplace were expensive and overbooked due to the upcoming horse racing season. The client also needed to stay within a setbudget.

SOLUTION

We accommodated the guest at a 4-star property that was in his desired location. The standard daily rate was $220.00/day which was well beyond the guest's budget.We secured a room for him for $139.00/day, including breakfast. The hotel was sold out on the lastnight of his stay, however, we confirmed a reservation at a nearby sister property at the same rate.

CHALLENGE

Staying in any of the well-known chain hotels in the city center would have entailed a long commute, and there were few good options near the business park.

SOLUTION

We identified an internationally known hotel brand near the business park. The property was 4-star rated and very close to their office. In addition, kitchen facilities were included in each suite, which is not normally found at their properties. The standard rate was $145.00/night. We were able to secure a rate of $115.00/night. Our clients were delighted as this solution exceeded their expectations!.

CHALLENGE

While there was some flexibility with the guest's budget, the average rate of over $300.00/night well exceeded their budget

We identified a suitable hotel option with a standard rate was $350.00/night. We negotiated a rate of $270.00/night that was well within their budget.

CHALLENGE

The guest would be arriving during peak season, availability was scarce and the serviced apartments in Canary Wharf we well beyond the client’s budget.

CHALLENGE

The guest had budget constraints. Besides, his travel request was received just a day in advance.

In 16 minutes flat, our team found an appropriate solution that met all of the contradictory constraints, and completed the transaction! We put up the guest in a premium hotel in downtown Frankfurt. The standard rate for the room we booked for him was EUR 469, which we got him for EUR 130, well within his budget.

CHALLENGE

Availability was limited and prices were quite high with so many events happening. In addition, the travel request was received just a day before departure, making it very difficult under the circumstances to find appropriate accommodations.

Our team processed the request immediately and hosted the family in great serviced apartment.The property was chosen because it was right next to a tram stop, enabling easy commute for the guest and his family. While the retail rates were at 244 AUD per night if there was availability, WWStay could offer a rate AUD 105 per night.

Room availability for the period of travel was a challenge at the time. In addition, we realized that it would be best if we offered accommodations that included a kitchen.

We zeroed in on an apartment hotel, whose suites have well-equipped kitchens. Although the hotel website show they were booked, we secured accommodations due to our unique buying process. The website rate for the rooms we booked was CAD 167, while the rate we obtained for our guests was CAD 102. The guests could walk to their workplace!

CHALLENGE

The guest had budget constraints, which the hotel of his choice overshot by nearly 50%.

SOLUTION

WWStay identified a comparable 4-star property that is part of a renowned hotel chain, only 570 metres from the preferred hotel. The alternative hotel normally charged USD 318 without breakfast. We secured the guest’s booking at USD 254 including breakfast, against his budget of USD 280.

CHALLENGE

Availability of hotels was a major challenge in the guest’s travel destination. Besides, the guest needed to stay within a budget.

SOLUTION

Since it was possible to commute from the Zurich Airport area to the guest’s destination, our team scanned the hotels near the Airport. Although most of the good hotels there were well beyond the available budget, the team located and booked a good hotel room. The standard rate on the website was EUR 232, but we secured it for our guest at EUR 76.

CHALLENGE

Although the hotel was contract-bound to relocate our client, they did not offer us a prompt resolution. Besides, we had received information about the bankruptcy on a Saturday, and had to deal with the difficulty of getting work done on the weekend.

SOLUTION

The guest had a budget limit of HKD 900.

We secured his booking in the location of his choice. The package included breakfast and free internet access. The guest also found his work commute easy. Against his budget of HKD 900, our solution cost him HKD 783. We obtained repeat business from this guest, when he approached us to book accommodation for his brother and wife in a specific hotel at a budget of HKD 1500. The hotel normally charges well over this, but we got him the booking for HKD 1431.
